We operate 2 export units and 11 coastal supply hubs, ensuring a fully verified supply chain from source to shipment. From skilled fishermen collecting fish and corals near the sea to final export handling, every step is carefully managed by our team to guarantee quality, traceability, and reliability. Export documentation is handled directly at the airport, giving our customers confidence and peace of mind.

Verified Collector Partners
We educate, guide, and validate all collectors—both individuals and groups—to ensure compliance with our strict quality and sustainability standards.

Coastal Hub Supply Unit

Tembok Unit

Tembok Station is located in North Bali and serves as our primary giant clam (Tridacna) hatchery. In addition to clam spawning operations, the station supports both in-situ and ex-situ coral aquaculture, fish hatchery activities, and live food culture.

The unit benefits from high-quality water conditions that support healthy growth and breeding of cultured biota. Its strategic location also enables efficient collaboration with local fishermen for wild collection activities.

Facility & Activity : Wild Collection, Fish Breeding, Laboratory, Livefood Culture, Tridacna Hatchery (Spawning), In-situ & Ex-situ Coral Aquaculture

Goris Unit

Goris Station, located in West Bali, manages three operational sites: a land-based, an in-situ, and a floating aquaculture. The land site serves as a wild collection hub and fish breeding facility, supported by laboratory and live food culture operations.

The in-situ site supports healthy growth of both soft and hard corals, while the floating aquaculture site is dedicated to the grow-out of giant clams (Tridacna) sourced from our hatchery units in Tembok and Makassar. EcoReef rock and coral base substrates are also produced at this unit.

Facility & Activity : Wild Collection, Fish Breeding, Laboratory, Livefood Culture, Floating Tridacna Cage (Growing), In-situ Coral Aquaculture, EcoReef Rock and Substrate Workshop.

Gilimanuk Unit

Located in western Bali near the harbor, this unit manages two sites. The land-based facilities support wild collection activities and fish breeding, while the in-situ sites are dedicated to coral aquaculture. This was the first unit to successfully develop clownfish breeding.

The in-situ sites benefit from strong water flow, allowing deep-water corals to grow and thrive. This unit also plays a strategic role in the distribution network, serving as a key hub for biota shipments to the Bali and Jakarta export units.

Facility & Activity : Wild Collection, Fish Breeding, Laboratory, Livefood Culture, In-situ Coral Aquaculture

Makasar Unit

Located in the Makassar region of Sulawesi Island, this unit operates two warehouses with complementary functions. The facility near the harbor serves as the main hub for wild collection activities, handling intake, initial holding, and logistics from surrounding collection areas. The second facility is located on the island of Barang Lompo and focuses on aquaculture operations, including giant clam (Tridacna) hatchery and seahorse breeding.

Facility & Activity : Wild Collection, Livefood Culture, Tridacna Hatchery, Sea Horse Breeding

Kendari Unit

Located in Kendari, Sulawesi Island, this unit is built directly along the coastline, providing immediate access to nearby in-situ coral aquaculture sites. The proximity to the sea allows for efficient operations and frequent monitoring of reef conditions.

A wide range of coral species thrive in this area due to favorable water quality and natural conditions. The facility also functions as a collection point, where local fishermen can deposit their harvest, supporting a well-organized wild collection system.

Facility & Activity : Wild Collection, In-situ Coral Aquaculture

Located on Sulawesi Island in the Palu region, this unit excels in building and managing strong fisherman networks across a wide and geographically dispersed collection area.

Due to the significant distances between collection sites, our team is structured to effectively connect these locations, enabling fishermen to deliver their collections efficiently. We work hand in hand with fishermen across all accessible sea areas within our operational range.

Fishermen are organized under a community-based management approach, fostering the role of local guardianship. This model supports sustainable collection practices—harvesting only what is necessary while leaving sufficient stock for natural repopulation, ensuring long-term viability for future collection cycles.

Palu Unit

Binuangeun Unit

Located on the western coast of Java, the Binuangeun Unit benefits from strong connectivity with local fishing communities.

This unit provides dedicated space for individual fishermen or groups to carry out their activities, ranging from simple tasks such as net making to inspecting and handling their catch. The facility layout is designed to be easily accessible, encouraging active and frequent engagement with our operations.

The unit also conducts shallow in-situ coral aquaculture, regularly involving local communities during planting and harvesting periods, supporting both livelihoods and sustainable practices.

Facility & Activity : Wild Collection, In-situ Coral Aquaculture

Bima Unit

Located in eastern Indonesia, in the Nusa Tenggara Barat region, the Bima Unit benefits from high-quality seawater conditions ideal for cultivating deeper-water corals in in-situ facilities.

The area is also known for several fish and invertebrate species that are uniquely abundant or exhibit exceptional quality in Bima. In collaboration with local authorities, the Bima Unit actively conducts wild restocking programs in selected areas to support ecosystem recovery and long-term sustainability.

Facility & Activity : Wild Collection, In-situ Coral Aquaculture

Sumbersari Unit

Located in the western region of Bali, this unit serves as an expansion of our in-situ coral aquaculture area.

The unit is primarily focused on in-situ coral aquaculture, with facilities designed to minimize travel time and provide efficient access to the aquaculture sites. This setup enables effective day-to-day operations, close monitoring of coral growth, and timely maintenance of the in-situ structures.

Facility & Activity : In-situ Coral Aquaculture

Pangandaran Unit

Located in the Pangandaran region of West Java, this unit focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with local fishermen to ensure a consistent and responsible supply of ornamental fish. Its proximity to the open waters of Pangandaran provides access to diverse and healthy marine species, supporting stable wild collection activities.

The unit operates as a central hub for ornamental fish collection in the Pangandaran area, coordinating harvesting, handling, and initial holding before further distribution.

Facility & Activity : Wild Collection

Kapuran Unit

Located in the Kapuran region of East Java, this unit is primarily focused on in-situ aquaculture operations. The site supports a wide variety of coral species, benefiting from suitable environmental conditions. Our team actively maintains and monitors the corals on a daily basis, except during periods of unfavorable weather.

The unit’s proximity to the harbor also provides access to a diverse range of wild collections supplied by local fishermen, strengthening its role in both aquaculture and collection activities.
